Check out the tools I use.

This is a humidor made from Spanish cedar with a wenge inlay in the corners that I made for a friend.

The construction is basically a box within a box. This allows the inside of the box to maintain a relative humidity of around 70% while inside a room with a much lower humidity without warping and splitting.

This will be a very short article because I built this mostly from the plans available from Fine Woodworking's website (link). The plans are part of an article written by a professional that builds humidor's for a living and explains the process far better than I could.

Inspired by the plans and detailed article available at: https://www.finewoodworking.com/FWNPDFfree/humidor.pdf
